When will my order be shipped?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Whether it’s a new pair of boots or a technical backpack, we work quickly to get your equipment ready for the trail. You’ll receive a tracking link via email the moment it leaves our warehouse.
How long does delivery take within the UK?
Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3–6 business days.
- Total Estimated Wait: 4–9 business days from the moment you place your order.
- Note: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands may occasionally take a day or two longer.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom. There is no minimum spend required—from small accessories to large tents, the delivery is on us.
Where can I track my order?
Once your gear is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can follow your parcel’s journey in real-time via the carrier's portal or by visiting our 'Track Your Order' page.
My order hasn't arrived yet—what should I do?
If your estimated delivery window has passed, please first check the tracking link for any local courier delays or "safe place" delivery notes. If you’re still stuck, contact us at info@terraboundoutdoors.com and we will investigate immediately.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. To be eligible for a refund, gear must be returned in "as-new" condition: unused, clean (no mud or trail debris), and with all original tags and packaging intact. We recommend trying on boots and apparel indoors first to ensure a perfect fit before heading outside.
How do I get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
The most efficient way to get the right fit is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures your new gear is reserved and dispatched as quickly as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major providers: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and UnionPay. For a faster checkout, we also support Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, TerraBound Outdoors focuses exclusively on the United Kingdom. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.
I received the wrong item or my gear is damaged. What should I do?
We take great care in our quality control, but if something isn't right, we’ll fix it. Please email info@terraboundoutdoors.com with your order number and a photo of the damage or the incorrect item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
