The liner is a mid-thigh compression cut rather than a loose brief, so your thighs stay apart and there is no underwear to think about, and a panel of laser-cut perforations across the thigh lets the heat out. The outer shell is a lightweight woven fabric with a curved split hem at each thigh and an elasticated waistband you tie once with a flat drawcord.

The phone pocket sits on the thigh of the liner rather than the waistband, so your phone stays flat against your leg and silent for the whole run, with no belt to strap on and nothing bouncing at your waist.
