Description
The Terrabound Cycling Shoes are clip-in bike shoes with two rotary dials and a choice of sole: a stiff road sole that takes 3-bolt road cleats and 2-bolt SPD cleats, or a mountain bike sole with the SPD cleat tucked between rubber lugs so you can walk. Fit a cleat and your shoe clicks onto the pedal, so your foot stays put on every climb.
Two dials wind thin steel cables across the top of the foot to pull the fit snug, and let it off again just as quickly when your feet swell on a long ride. The synthetic upper is perforated along the toe and sides, with a padded collar and tongue, a multicolour crackle print and a three-riders motif on the heel and dial caps.
Wear them on country lanes, at spin class or on the trail to the café, for feet that stay locked to the pedals without laces to retie or Velcro to wear out.
Key Features:
- Two rotary dials pull the fit snug in two places and adjust on the move, with no laces to come undone or catch in the chain.
- The road sole is drilled for both 3-bolt road cleats and 2-bolt SPD cleats, so one pair suits road pedals, SPD pedals and many indoor spin bikes.
- The mountain bike sole sets the SPD cleat into a recess between rubber lugs, so you can walk into the café or shop without clattering.
- A stiff sole stays flat on the pedal instead of bending like a trainer, for a firmer push on every stroke.
- Perforated synthetic upper with a padded collar and tongue keeps air moving on warm rides and indoor sessions.
- Available in Dark Blue, Royal Blue, Green and White, each with a road or mountain bike sole, in unisex UK sizes 5 to 10.
Terrabound makes practical kit for riders who would rather think about the road than their feet. Pedals and cleats are sold separately, and if you are new to clipping in, SPD cleats are the easy place to start.
Pair them with our Cycling Socks and Cycling Gloves for the complete riding kit.
